UK Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Method & Costs
We offer a single delivery method for all orders within the United Kingdom:
Standard UK Delivery:
Cost: From £5.99 per order. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free Shipping: Orders over £50.00 qualify for free standard delivery.
Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 business days from dispatch.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of placement, excluding public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details (if available) once your order has been dispatched.
3. Important Delivery Information
Courier Selection: For Standard UK Delivery, the courier will be selected by us at the time of dispatch, based on efficiency and availability (e.g., Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, Parcelforce).
Delivery Addresses: Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Any additional costs for re-delivery due to an incorrect address will be borne by the customer.
Order Changes: Any changes to your order (e.g., address, products) must be requested as soon as possible after placement via email at [your email address]. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made if the order has already entered the dispatch process.
Uncollected/Returned Parcels: If a parcel cannot be delivered or is returned due to reasons attributable to the recipient (e.g., incorrect address, uncollected from the post office/courier depot), the cost of re-shipping will be borne by the customer.
Delivery Damages: In the event that your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receipt) at info@kaleidouniq.com,kaleidouniq@gmail.com, attaching photos of the damaged packaging and products. We will work with the courier company to resolve the situation.
Lost Orders: If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the courier company. Please note that investigations can take up to 7-10 business days.
