At Kaleidouniq, we take great pride in the quality of our work. Because our products are custom-made to your specific requirements, we have a clear policy regarding refunds and returns.

1. Personalized Products (Canvas, Mugs, Business Stationery)

According to UK law, products that are personalized or made to a customer's specific specifications are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel or return.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or if you provided an incorrect image or text.

Please double-check your designs, text, and image quality before finalizing your order.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged during transit or has a clear manufacturing defect, we will make it right.

Notification: You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

Resolution: Once verified, we will either send a replacement at no extra cost to you or issue a full/partial refund.

3. Incorrect Items

If we sent you the wrong size or a different product than what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent out to you as a priority.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

In the rare case where a return is authorized by us:

5. Refund Processing
