Kaleidouniq provides personalized printing services, including but not limited to canvas prints, business stationery, and customized mugs. All products are made-to-order based on the specifications provided by the customer.

2. Customer Content & Responsibility

Image Quality: You are responsible for the quality and resolution of the images you upload. Kaleidouniq is not liable for blurry or pixelated prints resulting from low-resolution files provided by the customer.

Copyright: By uploading an image, you confirm that you own the rights to that image or have permission to use it. We are not responsible for any copyright infringement caused by customer-supplied artwork.

Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to refuse and cancel any order that contains material we deem offensive, illegal, or infringing on intellectual property rights.

3. Orders and Payments

ll prices are shown in GBP (£).

Payment must be received in full before we begin production of your order.

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Production & Delivery

Production times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Delivery will be made to the address specified in your order. Kaleidouniq is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

5. Cancellations

Because our products are custom-made, orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Once the production process has started, we cannot offer a cancellation or a full refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kaleidouniq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom (England and Wales).
